SONY HVR-S270U 1080i HDV CAMCORDER
The Sony HVR-S270U is an HDV camcorder designed for ENG
applications, while still being highly cost-effective. Incorporating all
the benefits of HDV technology, the camera can also take advantage of
standard-size DV tapes for increased run-times.
Additionally, the HVR-S270U can also record directly to compact flash
cards, via the camera's supplied memory recording unit. Combined with

The PMW-EX1 XDCAM EX Camcorder is Sony's exciting new addition to our
XDCAM family of professional tapeless acquisition tools and our first
offering in the XDCAM EX series of products. The PMW-EX1 utilizes Sony's
three newly designed 1/2-inch type "Exmor"™ CMOS sensors, each with an
effective pixel count of 1920 x 1080. Coupled with our newly developed
signal processing LSI, the PMW-EX1 produces truly exceptional images in
1080p, 720p and 1080i HD. Using another new Sony innovation, the SxS
Memory Card flash memory device, very high data transfer speeds are also
made possible in order to enhance the High Defintion content creation
workflow. Utilizing the MPEG-2 Long GOP CODEC to achieve a balance of

The PDW-510, Professional Disc Camcorder, has been
designed with special consideration for heavy-duty field acquisition,
providing excellent picture quality, operability and reliability
inherited from Sony Betacam family of acquisition products. PDW-510
provides excellent picture quality, adapting 16:9/4:3 switchable Power
HAD EX CCDs, the same camera block specification as MSW-900, MPEG IMX
camcorder. It features DVCAM recording and one built-in optical filter
wheels. Uses DVCAM compression recording at 25Mbps up to around 85 min.

The PDW-700 camcorder is the newest member of the XDCAM
family. It is equipped with three 2/3-inch type CCDs – a newly developed
“Power HAD FX” progressive CCD with 1920 x 1080 effective pixels.
Stunning-quality HD images can be captured by this high-resolution CCD
in conjunction with the 14-bit A/D converter and advanced digital

The Sony XDCAM HD system is a highly versatile production tool that
offers flexible recording functions including a choice of video frame
rates, interlace or progressive modes, recording data rates, and both HD
and SD formats. The PDW-F335L XDCAM HD Camcorder features MPEG HD and
DVCAM switchable recording with three 1/2-inch HD CCDs. It is capable of
recording 1080 video lines of multiple frame rates at a high bit rate of
up to 35 Mbps. It also provides four channels of high-quality
uncompressed audio. This allows an SD to HD migration path to a complete
HD-based environment. Down-conversion output to SD is a standard feature
in this camera. Instant random access, replay of clips, IT network
capability and the proxy data advantage provide for an exceptional

The LMD-2050W is a 20-inch LCD professional video
production monitor positioned at the top of the LUMA series. The monitor
offers the latest DSP (Digital Signal Processor), the market-proven
ChromaTRU color matching technology, and the high functionality for
which Sony professional video monitors are renowned. The monitor accepts
a variety of signals in both analog and digital, and HD and SD formats.
Digital HD-SDI and SD-SDI interfaces are provided as options. The
